The Stockholm potato thread

who, what, where and why

Right, with the darker months ahead of us ... for me it means comfort food.
But the search for potatoes seems rather hard (especially in stockholm) as the variety are often not listed.

So does anyone know where I can obtain the following variety of potatoes (locally or mail order)

Maris Piper
Charlotte
Belle de Fontenay

Maris Piper are often found in ICA and other supermarkets.
Some varieties do not grow well in the Swedish climate. Try looking for Amandine that is a really good spud that is grown in Sweden. I bought a 10 kilo sack from my farmer mate last week.
