well in this case google is till your best friend and some are cheaper some not. They have to be able to live also. The costs of renting a chair, materials and after taxes they have to be able to live also. You could also google hair dressing schools and see if they need models for their students or even a local group even in a loppis facebook group you can find students that will need people to practice on and that will be cheaper

Never heard of "Google"?

The level of common sense on here sometimes...

Haha, ya Sveddy, always nice to see you weigh in on a dead thread!

Oh, the irony!

That is what pisses me off. Sometimes it just needs a Google search but people cannot be bothered or are just stupid.

So many times i have helped people and never get a thank you.

It's how the world is today...ever notice that you don't get the thankful wave when you allow a driver to move into a lane, etc., when you could have kept on going???

But don't stop, being decent always wins out...

I know! People write with such desperation OR such stupidity.
Thank you does not exist anywhere here anymore.

Some guy wrote the other day "Are you going to help or not?"...

The TL community is long gone and lost, it is just full of one-time ungrateful people who do not have a clue how to use Google or cannot be bothered to make a call or do research... And, then there are the trolls, with bizarre story/situations.

Do not have the time of day anymore.
98% of posts are about immigration or visas anyway. And it is irritating.
Maybe community can just be renamed "immigration".

You guys must be really bored to dig out an old thread about hairdressers.

I can answer my own question now: there are no good and affordable hairdressers to fix a hair colour in Stockholm. Google isn't the answer to everything, on this case I had to go to many hairdressers and get a quote to find the answer.

Thank you to everyone who took part to this thread...

Hej!

I am not sure if you found someone by now,
But I am pretty satisfied with Salong studio 81.
You can check them on Instagram, they are really good at coloring.
Every time I got what I asked for.
Not sure about prices though,
For me everything is expensive especially in Stockholm.
Prices for haircuts and coloring hair are ridiculous.
Sometimes I have feeling I can go home to my country, get my hair done and come back for less money.

So tell me if you found someone which salong is it?

Hi Kali6,

Thanks for trying to help!
Studio 81 seems great for colour, still too expensive as everything in Stockholm I agree! (Well, apart from onions and potatoes)
I went a few times to Eleganz (Södermalm&Fridhemsplan). It's not fancy but slightly cheaper. Results can variate though!

Hej Lamy smile.gif

I was pretty much sure my replay here is not gonna be seen. But I am glad you saw it.

I am gonna check that salong you recommended for sure.

Thank you.

Btw, this way off the topic, but since you are in Sweden longer than I am, do you know by any chance good vaxning salon?

It’s not about money anymore when it comes to vaxning, because I check randomly few cosmetics salons and it was really awful.
Not to mention price I’ve paid every time, but that is not what hurt me the most, it’s just how people here don’t know how to vax.
Every time I have feeling they are ripping my skin, and when I come home hair is literally broken and I always have half left.

This become really issue for me.

So if any of you girls know someone who is really good at vaxning and know how to make your legs smoothly so to speak, please share that with me, I would appreciate so much!

Thanks in advance
