Did you ever hear this poem?

In 1909 my grandmother came over to the USA from Sweden. When I was a little kid in the 1960's she taught me a poem, and now, I'm trying to remember it to teach my grand kid;

It starts like this;

I am a little Swedish boy,
my hair is light,
my eyes are blue,
and I can speak some Swedish too.
When I meet someone on the street I say "god uppa dag" (misspelled most likely)
And when they ask me how I am I say "fin som snus",
And here is where my memory and the internet have failed me so far. Is that the end of the poem? Feels like there should me more.

Anyone ever hear of this?
