Date of moving in to Sweden

Is it when I arrived, or when I registered with SK

I moved in to Sweden on July 18th 2014, on a work permit, as a non EU citizen. However, I only registered and received a personal number until about a week later.

Technically, what would Migrationsverket see as having been here 5 years? Would it be July 18 or the date that appears on my personbevis?

Any idea?

If you're asking what's the difference and why I can't wait one week, it's simply that I would prefer to apply for citizenship before the new laws kick in that make it easier for certain groups to request family reunification as I imagine this will end up causing longer queues...

You can read about it here:

https://www.thelocal.se/20190619/what-chang...t-2019-new-laws

Basically: "The tough restrictions on family reunification introduced after the refugee crisis of 2015 will be slightly lifted, making it easier for people who do not have refugee status, but are entitled to a certain kind of protection, to bring their immediate family members to Sweden. The change will come into force on July 20th."

My guess is this means that MV will be swamped with family reunification requests as soon as this comes into effect...
