Work permit Extension decision pending

Hi,

I am non EU I have applied for work permit extension in May 2017 and still my case decision is pending.I have check with my case officer and she informed she is working on my application and very soon it will be decided.
My earlier company who has initiated work permit extension Job contract has ended because of some reason. Now I have found new contract job & they are based in UK but I need to work in Sweden.

Earlier I have already worked for more than 2 years in Sweden with other company continuously
Now my question here is do I need a sponsor-er to work in Sweden and do I need to inform migration board about new job before taking decision.
