Her severed cat's head, delivered in the dead of the night, wrapped in a burning rag.

Or maybe just some diamonds.

A rubics cube or monopoly. Than you have something to do if the conversation gets boring.

It's probably not the answer you're looking for...but I don't know that on the basis of living in Sweden, there is a single 'best' answer for you. Just like any other girl...it depends on what she likes. Flowers, chocolates, candy are old favorites. Something that shows you have put more effort into the planning and preparation might be good...set up a picnic lunch...cook her dinner. It's likely that something more specific to her individual tastes will have more meaning for her...which a bunch of strangers probably can't help you with.

When I come to Sweden so I had some Bracelets and Carpet and handscraft made things from my country smile.gif

so I gave them away to my Swedish friends who are close to me and who deserve the gift. I think the best gift would be if you give her something special from your country.

In Persian we have saying" Zan na takht kar dara na bakht, serf zadan e zakht" lol

you can translate this you would know what I mean LOL

I think that every Swedish girl wants (and deserves) a decent sausage.

Offer her the best sausage that she could ever get, and she will be yours for eternity.

M. Base is correct, but I'd tie a ribbon with a bow around your sausage before giving it to her...

Flowers... either cut or growing in a pot.

Swedes love plants and flowers.

How about a vibrating chocolate chip cookie with six settings and a photo of Johnny Holms.
