Basic salary = grundlön
Uncomfortable hours suppl = OB-tillägg
taxable benefits = the value in SEK of free housing, free car, free meals, free nanny et c

You have the minimum numbers in the company's collective agreement with the trade union

The company is not part of any trade union. It's a very small company with 3 employees. So there is no collective agreement. The work permit application is created with out seeking any opinion from trade union.

>> What are the chances of getting a positive decision?

>> Is it always mandatory to get an opinion from trade union? (The salary paid was more than 50k SEK per month.)
