Opening a small restaurant in central Uppsala

Rental costs, required government paperwork, etc.

Hi, I am planning to open a restaurant in the centre of Uppsala oriental food, i just need to know how much does it cost me if i want to rent a place like that, and what kind of approvals am i supposed to have from the Government.

The city council has a page about opening a restaurant (in Swedish):

If you want to call them (which I guess is a advisable, as they are the guys that will supervise that operate the business in accordance with the law) the number to the unit that handle this sort of things is 018-727 40 00 (at least it appears to be according to their website).

Wouldn't mind working in a small restaurant in Uppsala. If you come to the point you need people to work for you, gimme a shout...!
