The Local _ Stockholm _ It's Coming Home

Posted by: Edmund of Essex 5.Jul.2018, 08:59 PM

I'm English.

And if you don't get the reference in this title you should probably just go home right now.

Where are the best places in Stockholm to watch it coming home this Saturday?

I'm sick of Gården (Norra Bantorget), Trägården (Skanstull), poxy sweatbox Irish/Scottish pubs, and bloody O'Leary's.

I want to watch it coming home in nicer climes.

Please suggest alternatives!

Right. Semi final in Wednesday.
The Tudor gets packed and is always good but where do all other English see the games.
Im trying to get a good band together who are up for seeing the game in our colours, singing and having beers. Anyone?

The Auld Dub is a reasonable place, large projector screen where they show the matches, plus a number of TVs around the place. Can get quite an atmosphere with a good match on :-)

Let me know where you go. I'm trying to find the best place.

Was at the Liffey for the first 2 games, it was OK.

Belgium looks like a Premier League team with a lot of heart, they are my choice now to "bring it home"...

So far great games, it's a shame that somebody has to lose...

I'm gonna give Trädgården a try, I posted the same sort of thing on the expat group on FB so hopefully a few will turn up

So we are going to be at Gården in Norra Bantorget. Will probably get there for 18.30 as it fills up early there.
