Title : Swedish Speaking IT Support
Location : Gothenburg, Sweden
Duration : 6+ Month Contract


NOTE: There are role one for 1st line IT Support and other for 2nd line IT Support

• Work will also include guiding users through standard Microsoft desktop software.
• Knowledge of working in a windows environment supporting Windows 7.
• Confident within the Microsoft Office applications
• Provide first level support for customers over telephone, email, chat etc
• Resolve escalated tickets
• Facilitate in Problem Management
• Mentor fresher’s
• Report generation on trend analysis
