Hi,
If I have the first work permit in Sweden and then want to apply for a new (second) work permit, because of changing the employer; Then should I work in a particular period of time (for example 3 or 6 months) with my first work permit then have the right to apply for a new (second) work permit? In other words, how long must I work in Sweden with my first work permit, then I can apply for a new work permit? |

You must have begun your employment with your first employer and it will be your responsibility to document this. So at least one day of verifiable work is necessary.

How about if the employment is real employment but because of corona I haven't manage to come on time to Sweden to start the job but still my work permit was valid. so I went to Sweden with my first work permit (haven't start the job because I lost the job) and then find another job.
So in this case is it ok to I apply for new work permit? |

How about if I am still employee of the 'consultant company'. Usually in 'consultant company' we don't work directly for them we work for the client company.
I mean, my employer is the 'consultant company' and I don't get any salary until the consultant company can find for me job in the client company. In this case that 'consultant company' is my employer, I must work for client company at least one day with my first work permit? |

You must begin your employment in Sweden within four months from the first day of your valid work permit. Staying in India does not count as working in Sweden.
