“Hug a fat person today . . . ” “get a tetanus shot tomorrow.” No problem here in Skane, they are all fat, so you will blend in.

Seriously though, my wife and I have some overweight friends and we look past the body mass, and see the person with a heart and a mind. Get out of your mindset ref this fat thing, as you are imposing on yourself limitations that will limit your ability to be accepted. The only thing we ask is...don't eat all the food.

A savvy investment firm looking to invest, lets say in Sweden for whatever reason. Will view stats as these as false stats, doctored stats, and will internally ask...what are they hiding in putting out stuff like this when everyone knows that across the board...everything has gone up, not down, and the only thing that has gone down is disposal incomes.

However, based on what we read, and the lack of finite details, we can only assume that another department is not paying attention...again.

Part of my charitable exercises involves working with the EU commission fisheries for the Baltic and the North Sea, and since 1997, we have within working groups made up of NGO's, special interest groups like WWF, universities and member States, to ascertain the extent of the continual declines in the Baltic, of salmon, sea trout and cod stocks.

There is now clear evidence from the EU SAP, that fish stocks in the Baltic are no longer a sustainable resource. From our last meeting in Brussels in April, one of the commissioners stated that there were three areas of concern, a continual decline in the Baltic fish stocks due to over fishing, a real threat of extinction and lastly, a resource that is in real danger due to the in-activity of the member state(s) governments.

Although, much of what Greenpeace has done in the past has been a hit-and-miss but good intention activity. this time around they have got it right.

What is with everybody here these days, that you all get weepy when some faint hearted moron unloads her/his woes on this site.

For Christ sakes lady, grab someone and shag the shit out of him...that will cure you...this is not a group therapy site.

Maybe your BF has finally come to realise that your no good in bed, or can't cook a shit, or leave skid marks on your knicks, or something like that. Coming on to this site to weep on about your strife strikes me as being very suspect...who are you, another Nigerian peddling a Nigerian bank account scam or such likes.

Dahlin...welcome to the site...stick around as it will only get better once we whip "The Local" into shape. And if you have any Pope jokes, post them here.

Also most of the ex pats here are deviates of one form or another, so weird is the name of the game. If your into Nuns, that's OK to, and we actually have a witch on the site, slimy beasts and some real weirdo's...enjoy.

Jamtjim...brilliant, even it is from someone else.

Hard to believe in any faith, when one is hell bent on a World-wide campaign of bonking boys. Another that's led by a psychopathic bigamist, and another that that intends to put us all in debt up to our eyeballs.

From a business point of view, the post from TL says's zilch, and is once again another repeat of what we already know. What is most disturbing though, is the way established posters suck up to the same old message. Lets take a hard look and do a bit of a reality check on the future of this site. In doing so. we will strip out all the mind numbing adverts.

The real reason why people gravitate to this site, is what they hear from others, meaning, it is a fun site to post on...was

The editorials in most part look as if they were written by the daily mail or the sun, and with all the grammatical mistakes that goes with it.

The new layout looks like the inside of a babies potty...whats with the baby blue thing. Buts lets be fair, even though its more functional for some( I'd hate see their work if they were house painters) for others including myself. Its nothing more than a very Swedish way of control over content. Which in effect, strips out all that is necessary to keep this site lively and interesting.

If my business had reached a cross roads as I see here, and the TL people walked in and said...here is our business plan for getting you back on track...I'd show them the door.

The present practice of deleting every thing that could be controversial or a catalysts for an interesting debate, and that would draw in the punters, will ultimately be the downfall of the TL.

Lest see how long this post lasts.

Ah, so I was right...I really should save my previous posts. Its so good to know that I have been right about the whole thing from day one...and resisted sucking up to the new TL and ...bob.

I said then and I'll say again, the Air France thing was the very worse I have ever seen on this site (October 2004 I think is when I started), and was not started by a poster but by TL themselves...with the help of bob of cause. In essence, all the pious self righteous crap they have handed out in the past has, as they say "what goes around comes around" As you can guess, I'm not one of those that kiss and make up.

We have gone through these phases before, and it always got back on track. But this time and for the first time, I don't care if the site and the forum goes down the tubes...and there's always bob we can blame for that.

And before I forget why I got so pissed off with the Air France thread...my wife still is a flight attendant for UAL before that, Pan AM. So us folks wether flight crews or connected families take a very dim view of people like bob and his sick and dim mentality, making jokes at the expense of others who are involved or suffering because of air fatalities.

Critically important, that you make me the number one moderator...?

I have left this one for awhile, to see what direction it would take before I put my oar in. Rather than trying to find the original thread, whereas I stated that this site if it continued in the direction that editor bob was pushing for. The site would lose its uniqueness, and become boring and dull... it is obvious we are that stage now. My relationship with bob was not a good one, and I lost count the number of times he deleted my posts...never mind its only a web site.

Whoever started this site can feel pride for the effort, but now like any business when customers begin to leave...they had better get their act together now. The only success that bob achieved was his ability to get a lot of you in his camp...remember that(there was a lot of sucking up done). And most probably the same for the people at TL. What he has achieved with his meddling, is he has stripped out all that was good with the site...I said it back then as I say now. Most of what we have now on this site is our fault for believing that a few cosmetic changes would do the trick.

I wonder how long this post stays before being deleted, will someone time it please ?

G'day mate,

Congratulations on the birth of your new son. As you know I'm a financial advisor to the not so rich and famous, and as your friend...by the way, where is my frigging cigar ?. Anyhow, so as to maximise on the scheme for your early retirement, I strongly suggest you start the proceedings sooner rather than later. Therefore, I suggest the following; while you still have some money left after the horrific expense from the birth of your son.

Number one, get a tattoo done on your boy's forehead, I'll explain later in the email. A number 1 will do as sons are the number one in any family. Next you now must maximise on the earning potential of your son, and here I can help immediately as I have a good friend in Hong Kong who owns several sweat shops... Mr Wong is a nice guy and actually pays his workers some money...not much, but enough to secure your early retirement. Its better than the sweat shops in India, as there they don't even feed them. Oh, before I forget, sorry to hear about your Granny getting nailed for the bank job in Sydney. Although I can't for the life of me see why your gran wanted to beat the security guard to a pulp. The poor guy was only doing his job for Christ sakes. The judge is not going to take lightly that your gran while beating up the guard she was also giving him some verbal stick...words I hear like; you ass loving pommy git, you grope my ass again and you will be wearing my geriatric mobile. I think the judge will hand down the max sentence of 20years even though your gran is 98.

Anyhow, back to basics, that OZ airline is offering cheap flights to Hong Kong as I write, so you need to book him a flight now. As for him coming back for the Xmas and summer holidays, resist you wife's temptation to have the boy take any time off...time is money. If the Mrs insists, suggest you contact any number of NGOs and have them take photo shoots of the said sweat shop and run on TV as an documantary, your Mrs will like that and the added bonus you will get paid royalities . The number 1 tattooed on your sons forehead will make him stick out amongst all the other children. All the hollow cheeked and sunken eyed children look all the same.

In the meantime I will come up with some cracker deals for investing you new found wealth.

Best Regards
Holecutter

It happened to me once...just crossed and zebra crossing and turned to see if the two kids were behind me when a woman almost drove into them. I rushed over to the offender and gave her an ear full, she then pulled over and started to cry. I did not let up, and then she threw her mobile phone at me which smashed against a wall. She then drove off screaming like crazy...one up for Holecutter and one miserable witch who lost it.

Why is it, women can't take criticism.

If I was you, I'd give up your day job a take instead a night time job. It will save on the energy costs and food. The drag halls and the escort agencies pay better.

And what is the health minister doing about it, is she a he or a women ?. What is more important, is the PM ready to get off his ass and sort out these political appointees that seem to screw up all the time...these stats are shocking.

It is time to name and shame these Doctors...Dr Gustaf Aniansson, who is practicing in Swede, with the emphasis on the practicing.

QUOTE
According to estimates from Socialstyrelsen, around 3,000 patients die each year due to medical malpractice or poor hygiene. Around 105,000 are injured.

I should imagine with these kind of statistics, we would all want to know who we are dealing with when it comes to doctors and hospitals here in Sweden. There is something very wrong with a medical service where 3000 patients die each year fro malpractice, and only now we are getting to hear about it.

1. Can anyone suggest me about how to get there from Copenhagen? - Use the train from the airport to Karlskrona in Sweden

2. What should i bring there with me? - Winter woollies and money

3. Are there Nepalese student in BTH, karlskrona? - They are not dumb enough to come here

4. Living in Karlskrona - Find out the hard way...by being there

5. Studying in Blekinge Institute of technology - Perhaps someone can help you on that.

There are better places to go, like MIT in the States. My guess the only thing you will learn in Karlskrona is how to stay warm in winter, fighting off the blond bimbo's and dealing with the Swedish mentality.

I really like Sweden, however, what I detest is the blind face of bureaucracy here. The Swedish lack of guts, when it comes to questioning why, when things are obviously wrong, and the utter and without question belief that their Government can do no wrong. What really pisses me off, is the over use of women on TV news, politics and everything else...most of them are so bland its sickening.

In summary

Women here are not equipped to to anything here, other than to have brats and clean the house and take out the garbage

Other than that Sweden is OK

I have just received from a debt collection agency here in Sweden, a claim for an unpaid traffic insurance dating back to 1996. At no time prior to this claim have I been notified in the period from 1996 till now of this claim...by anybody.

My question; does anybody know the statue of limitation on debt here in Sweden ( I hope Puffin is around)

I will clarify, they say it has to do with state insurance when ones buys a car, and there is a cap between between the non insurance of said car, whereas the state insures the car. I have no recollection of this whatsoever. That is why I'm interested to find out what is the statue of limitations on debt here in Sweden, and is there a source that I can relate to. As I have no intention paying for something I'm not aware of...ever.
