Can a rabbit be pulled from a hat in Swedish?

Hi, I’m trying to write something in Swedish, and as usual what trips me over is not knowing whether common phrases in English can be translated directly, or whether it’s meaningless in Swedish?

For example, in Swedish can you rubber stamp a decision? Att gummi stampla beslutet?
Does one pull a rabbit from a hat to gain a good outcome? Dra kanninen från hatten att vinner?
And not English this time, but if something is a done deal, can you drop “fait a complis” into your Swedish sentence, or is there a more appropriate translation in Swedish?
