Do Swedish companies ridicule foreign employees?

Native Swedes also have difficulty finding suitable employment???

LANGUAGE is a barrier in ANY country for a job-seeker. The difference is English is widely spoken even in non-English speaking countries, so immigrants into UK do find it easier.

I dont think there is a RACIST barrier in Sweden for a job-seeker, any more or less than there is in UK. Yes, some small companies who are country or family based may also discriminate on race lines, but these are far & few between.
