Swedish grammar question

den veckan/ i veckan (i) förra veckan

Hey!

What is the difference between i veckan or den h?r veckan. Like for instance, if you'd want to say: ''I'm going to work late every day this week'' would you say den h?r veckan or i veckan?

Also, when talking about last week: f?rra veckan, would you use ''i'' or not? for example: I was there last week = jag var d?r i f?rra veckan or without the i?
