Hello,
I am a scholarship holder student at a University. When I applied, scholarship organization covered my and my spouse's health insurance. So I uploaded the document provided by them while applying for residence permit. Recently I realized that, although I had applied for 12 months period, the insurance they provided was for 10 months. Nevertheless, Migration agency accepted the application. I did not realize it until now, and as a result I have stayed in Sweden 2 months without insurance. What concerns me now is that if it might be problem for me or my spouse in future when I apply for permanent residence permit or work visa; as I have seen people having problems for mistakes in past. Would really appreciate your input on the issue! Thank you! |

Don't worry. Your time as a student do not count towards permanent residency anyway.
