Aysha,

My Bachelors was completed in English so my english language requirement was exempt.

Got an answer from Jönköping today. I was unqualified because I did not have 150 credits by the time I was applying... that was not mentioned as one of the qualifications that I should have.
It was only mentioned that I need a certificate that proofs that I will graduate on spring 2019.

"One extra requirement is that you should have finished at least 150 credits within the programme, which you have not done yet. However, you can make a new application through www.antagning.se between 15 March and 15 April."

I think this is soooo stupid since it was not mentioned on the JU web page. Also, I was doing a 15 credit course on the time between November-January and I got my credits from that AFTER the applying period. That's why I did not have my 150 credits by the deadline time. Now I have 160 credits and only missing 20 credits from my degree :-D I just don't understand how they can unqualify me based on the amount of credits because I will anyway graduate on time...

Jönköping was my 4th option anyway so whatever biggrin.gif but still annoyed.

Woah that is weird and sounds wrong.. im assuming you provided them with the certificate saying you will graduate and get your degree this spring.. so you should've still made that requirement??
Sorry to ask again, but what are your statuses now with the other schools?

Yes I did provide the certificate which stated that I will graduate on spring 2019. I think it's so weird that they don't mention the 150 credits minimum limit at all on their web page or anywhere during the application period. If I knew, I would have asked my school to give grades and credits earlier, or to have another special certificate that states that i'm "on time" with my studies.

So frustrating but luckily I can apply again on the second application round if needed.

My three other applications are all "in progress" still smile.gif

Hello Sareh. I am happy for u. still all my application are in progress. when did u submit ur application. i guess they are evaluating based on first come first serve

I uploaded program specific documents kinda very late, but payed the application fee earlier I don’t remember exactly. I’m really stressed that Lund doesn’t show my merit rating. It just says qualified!

Aysha,
No I didn't provide any certificate. The admission person from Lund that I spoke to said that my transcripts will be enough to prove my English proficiency!

Sareh,
Someone said that some of the bigger/ schools that get more applicants usually don't have merit rating just so that students don't worry. (It totally has the opposite effect lol I think)
