Are you saying kids never hit and bite each other at day care?

Never!! They don't learn it from dagis, they learn it from home.

Give me a break. Kids hit, bite, throw things and everything else at daycare. If you believe otherwise, you're a fool.

My kids don't hit because they've never seen that before. They don't even understand the concept. But if they went to day care, they would see other kids do it and copy their behavior.

My dogs behave better than these Swedish brats. the best way to sort them, stick a choke chain on their little srawny necks and train them how to behave. And they will love to death for it afterwards.

I guess that you've never seen siblings fight at home?

Behavior is learned. If kids fight, they observed it someplace first-- either their parents, TV, or other kids.

Ok, I'm lying. The first one wasn't sweet at all, I was quite scared of her. Had some good friends there, though. The other two were sweet though. It was a bit like have an extra little family.

Gimme a break, nearly all kids fight. it dosen't matter if they're dagis kids or not. What I'm trying to establish here is if dagis is good for their general upbringing.

It could be good for their social skills, and when I was in dagis I learned stuff too, like the difference between right and left, the national anthem, the week days etc laugh.gif

Did you ever see a kid hit another kid at daycare? If you say no, we know you're a liar. Just because you behaved at day care doesn't mean you didn't learn the behavior there.

Ian...daycare and nursing homes are a sore spot with me. Don't care for either of them. I understand that sometimes there is no other choice, but I tend to think that most just don't want to be bothered. I've always stayed home, and I work from home too.

And hey!!! I want to be included in that vacation with the girls to the exotic location. I think Mark Boy is an excellent choice as a sitter, as long as he offers instruction to the children on fashion and interior decor. laugh.gif

Have you ever been to dagis yourself? Yes I saw kids fight, one dumbass bit me in the ear, that doesn't mean that it always starts with dagis though. Siblings fight even if they haven't been to dagis, if you tell me anything different then you lie!
