he's probably gonna talk about honor, freedom, courage, justice, evil, terrorist attacks, Jesus, September the eleventh two-thousand one, democracy, freedom and democracy, chocolate-chip cookies, christmas dinner at the whitehouse, and he won't mention any plan at all.

The oil supplies are secure now. Mission accomplished!! Time to exit. There are more regimes (countries whose leader sdo not reflect our interests) to change.

Admission of defeat? *ponders* There has been no defeat...so...no. Yes, he will probably talk about a lot of unassociated crap, but thats what polititcains do...talk for hours and say nothing. And Kell...this is just for you... |

no defeat... interesting concluesion... if by no defeat you mean conceeding regional control to warlords. Then yes no defeat. If you mean free democratic elections that are controlled by the majority recieving orders on how to vote from their local religous/war cheif then not a defeat. If you consider the official reasons given for going to war however other than capturing a handful of people (Saddam being one of them) and the toppling of the only regime that could hold on to power in that region. I can't think of a single official objective being completed.

Bush just wanted saddam as revenge for what he did to bushes old man and if the people can't fend for themselfs so what.. Bush never cared about the people of Irak. So its not a defeat.. his mission is over and he won, he got what he wanted. why is people so supprised?
Leave it to UN to clean up the mess.. |

bush should have taken saddam up on that offer to use pugilism to "box" [*cough*pun*cough*] out their differences at a neutral location like switzerland. That would have been the best televised since...the...war in...iraq...

Really? Did Saddam really challenge Bush to fight it out? That would have been GREAT!

It in true Bushie form...he would go MIA for a year, only stopping in to get a dental exam and pick up his checks from the National Guard.
