What is "signatory power"?

Pls tell me what it is

Dear All,

I am looking for information on trading partnership -one kind of company in Sweden. And I dont understand what is "signatory partnership". If you have any clue, please explain to me. I would be so grateful to all kinds of information.

someone must have the right to 'sign' for a company. that person may make payments from the corporate account or enter the company into a legal contract. that person or those persons have legal 'signatory power'

Hi, somebody help me!

Me and my Swede girlfriend will get married in Sweden, but we are NOT gonna live there. We'll just go there and get married, then comeback to America (where she has residence)..

So, do I need a Sambo visa to go there just to get married? Or I can get married on a tourist visa (3 months)????
