Hi
I came to sweden as student for my Msc and i have applied for the student visa extention for complete my thesis.And still the decision is pending. I came here with my spouse and at the moment he got a permanant job. My question is , Can he apply for the resident permit as main applicant |

A work permit can normally not be granted to somebody who has already arrived in Sweden.
A permit as husband/wife to somebody with a work permit can normally not be granted to somebody who has already arrived in Sweden. |
