Do we have any free Swedish classes for new comers to sweden from government?

or what is cheapest place to take swedish classes for A1 to C1.

My husband is coming on work permit.

Many municipalities have info for newcomers collected in one place on their website. Look for a header like "Ny i Sverige" or "Nyinflyttad" or similar.
