Had a good laugh at Ivor Bigun, but am left wondering what George Formby would have thought. He was the one with the 'uke' and gave us many a laugh with his very near the knuckle texts years back.
'Sitting on the ice in the ice rink.' for one. The Ivor caper is more blatant, and still funny, but on the whole I prefer that which is more subtle, without going the whole hog. But with the coming 'Mello' farce I guess we shall be seeing those who can't sing showing more skin as a distraction. Currently I am watching Roy Orbison, who is rendering his own 'In Dreams'. What a voice! |
