Hi guys,
What does mean the Migrationsverket by this sentence?
The Migration Agency may withdraw a permit if you have not started your employment within four months of the first day of validity of the permit.

I have already signed a contract, so I have started my employment? (I have not moved to Sweden yet)

What if my employer want me to move to Sweden 5 months later? will my permit withdrawn?

As there were no free slot(s) in regard taking biometrics for residence cards in Stockholm (was checking all day long in last couple of days) I'm travelling (with family) to other city, where we could reserve the slot.

One of the ways to learn more about Sweden countryside smile.gif.

Start working. What does your contract say your starting date will be?

MV wants you to be in Sweden and working before the 4 month period is up.

My starting date written in contract is 1 May.
But company has asked me to wait some months before moving to Sweden. Can I ask my salary for these months? What if it took a long time before they want me to move to Sweden? Can the Migrationsverket withdraw my permit?

you have to be in Sweden, working, being paid and paing taxes in the first 4 months or they will withdraw it. If you are not coming in the first 4 months you can cancel it and apply for new one when you know when you are coming/starting.

If you can work from another country, why does your employer need you in Sweden.

Also, by getting salary when you are not in Sweden but are on work permit you are also violating work regulations. It will definetly be a problem during your extensions if some agent were to look at ku10.
