Hello. How can one know that if a case officer is assigned or not?

The only way is to ring/e-mail MV and ask.

I think you are waiting for long time now, were you assigned a case officer?

Unfortunately no. I contacted MV, but got the usual copy paste reply i.e. different applications require different investigations and MV can not say how long is going to take before a case officer is assigned.

Which other documents are you supposed to send apart from just your passport(s)? Have you forgotten that the same PUT card you have was issued by the same migrationsverket and ... (show full quote)

Yea I thought about that PUT is issued by MV, but I think I read somewhere that I should also send PUT so I was not sure and I asked here, anyways I sent it. If they do not need it, maybe they will send it back, or I will request it along with my passport in few months.

I sent other documents as I was a student and went abroad for exchange studies, so I just showed (in documents) why I was abroad for few months.

6 weeks are allowed, if you went abroad longer period then it doesn't count in your habitual residence. So, if you have been abroad for 7 weeks, then all 7 weeks are deducted from your time of residence in Sweden.

Is there any way to check online on MV's website if my documents have arrived to MV? (except tracking the shipment on postnord)

That is not possible, at least in my case. You can send an e-mail to MV asking them to confirm they have received your documents.

Hello everyone
Today I called MV office to ask if they have assigned a case officer to my case
and he said that he can see that someone has looked on my case but can't say or
confirm that if that person is a case officer or not as that person is on vacation.
What does that suppose to mean do I have a case officer or not?
Has anyone experienced that before?
