Got a notification today saying that I got a decision made. The decision date was on the 4th of December and it was shown on the system today. Contacted my case officer and she said I was rejected and have to wait for the letter to see the reasons.
I think they rejected me based on intention to stay. I sent them all the documents (Have a property, job, company, etc here) to show my intention was and is to stay in Sweden. A month ago they sent me a letter saying that I stated that my intention was not to stay in Sweden in one or two of my applications back in 2013.
I came to Sweden in 2010 and started my PhD in 2012. I got my PUT in 2016 and was working and living continuously in Sweden.
Not sure how effective SULF is to help such cases. Did anyone get rejected on similar grounds?

Sorry to hear that but I think since you have your own companey and property, then your case officer should decide based on your current situation not what you have mentioned in your application form 6 years ago!!!!! I am sure SULF can fight for case very well!

If I remembered correctly one of my previous college's friend got the same decision as yours, but they told him that he can apply again five years after getting his PUT! However I think he had not any property nor company, but he had a permanent job at a very big company!

Good luck
