The Local _ International affairs _ Trumpty Dumpty Sat On A Wall...Trumpty Dumpty Had

So, if I get this straight, Trumpty Dumpty made 2 "secret" payments to make 2 affairs "disappear" for the sake of his then Presidential campaign, and he used campaign donations to do it?

He makes 43 look like a genius!

Bahahahahaaa!

Yeah, some Trumpians insist that Trump is a genius who is secretly dismantling the corrupt Washington power cabal...I truly don't see any evidence of that.

On the other hand, I find it a bit confusing to see how the media is circling Trump like a bunch of rabid sharks while Bill Clinton (who took advantage of an intern in the oval office) gets a free pass.

Bill Clinton, the scumbag that indirectly supported the IRA through Sinn Fein (same as Mickey Rourke)

Everybody connected to the "establishment" wants to hang TheDonald...Ergo he is doing something right!!!

And worry not we are going to give him another term and then we will have his coronation!!!

If he had no enemies he would be another "Swamp" dweller!!!

It's all truly a "pass the popcorn" period, as Trump consolidates making the US a laughing stock.

All I can say is that, if it is a WITCH HUNT ™, then there are a lot of broomsticks popping up.

I don't, for what it is worth, think that Trumpy himself provably conspired with the Russians. But there is enough other stuff to amuse.

Posted by: Gamla Hälsingebock 16.Dec.2018, 01:20 PM

I wonder what the Liberal media would do if TheDonald sold uranium to the Russians???

a la Hillary...

The possibilities are endless, here's one: Trump pays back Putin for his help in getting elected, Russia is now able to conquer Europe and enslave millions!!!

More at 11PM!!!

Hildebeast actually admits to selling uranium to the Russians but Trump is maybe guilty of perhaps conspiring with the Russians to possibly influence (albeit indirectly) the election. Who is getting lambasted by the media? Not Hildebeast.

Then we have Obama who either is not a citizen or shammed his way in to a free college education and he is revered by the media. He got the Nobel Peace Prize for what?

Can anybody understand a group of politicians whose only agenda and promise to the people is to remove the incumbent President from office???

No charges or proof of anything against Trump has arisen after two years of malicious, questionably legal and biased investigation aimed only to destroy him have been brought forth...

Does the country need/deserve more of this???

Will the Liberal Democrats try to put together a campaign aimed at bettering the lives of Americans and go into fair competition with the Republicans as they should in the next elections or continue their "witch hunt"...there...I said it!!!

Posted by: Gjeebes 17.Dec.2018, 05:04 AM

Can anybody understand a group of people who believe the current POS, oops, POTUS, who is only in the position to further his own business interests, is actually looking out for their best interests?

And exploiting Canadian extradition agreements to "take" someone, purely to settle an unnecessary trade war?

That surely won't backfire catastrophically...

There is a certain group of people that think Trump is a master chess player who is carefully manipulating the pieces around the board in an intricate, planned manner.

Personally, I think there is a carnival game going on in his head. (Cue the calliope music)

Calliope music is better than being persecuted for being a "deplorable" rolleyes.gif

As I have said before, the morning after the election as I read the results in the newspaper, I was absolutely delighted to discover that Hillary lost and absolutely terrified that Trump won.

So far Trump has lived up (or down) to my expectations. He has accomplished some things of merit, bumbled through a few others and has completely disgraced the office of President.

But he hasn't gotten us into a war, yet. Let's pray that doesn't happen.

Posted by: Gamla Hälsingebock 17.Dec.2018, 06:01 PM

Fair enough, I agree to the point of "disgrace", what did he do???

Trump is, if nothing else, exactly what he ever obviously seemed to be. A narcissistic, petulant, narrow-minded, opportunistic, duplicitous, lying, shallow, crass, sexist, racist, bigoted, vulgarian man-child in thrall to the memory of his overbearing father and with the attention span of a daffodil. But hey! To everyone from the US - he's your president, not mine, so good luck. You elected him.

But by his behaviour he demeans the office, and by extension the US itself, and by further extension the influence of the US as an alleged superpower. This is all on one level amusing - watching the US self-destruct domestically is popcorn time (almost as much fun as Brexit). And looking on as the US seems to deliberately cast aside whatever international credibility it had isn't exactly antithetical to the average Euro Liberal. But... a country of that stature and influence blowing up the consensus on trade, migration, environment, weapons, international law...really??? And by extension, creating vacuums for the more focused strongmen of the world to expand?? Responsible?

If only the Democrats had fielded anyone but Hillary.

Posted by: Gamla Hälsingebock 17.Dec.2018, 09:27 PM

No argument here, he is exactly what this country needs and will get another term, because he's our kind of guy laugh.gif!!!

It's not easy to be the victim of false news and still keep your elected position but we both know that he will...

Who would you suggest to challenge him???

Posted by: Bsmith 17.Dec.2018, 11:41 PM

He needs to act with diplomacy and class.

And quit tweeting.

Posted by: Gamla Hälsingebock 18.Dec.2018, 12:09 AM

Many people say that, but does that make him as bad as is said about him???

We all have things that others wish we would stop/not do, etc...

But is that a Presidential requisite...to not tweet???

He is unique and one of a kind...just like everybody else laugh.gif

I would love to see a Democratic ticket against him in 2020 consisting of Maxine Waters and the "Pocahontas" lady!!!

Posted by: Gamla Hälsingebock 18.Dec.2018, 03:29 AM

I think the next news thing will be, is that his tweets are in code and are meant to be messages to Putin rolleyes.gif

Neither Warren nor Sanders, that is for sure. They need an Obama v2, but this time one who comes with a stronger spine.

Personnally I would like to see another common person who is not a politician try...

We have had enough of politicians who are out of touch with the "common folk"...
