Many Swedish companies are not familiar with the concept of customer service. Individual stores are good, but large corporations are pretty hopeless; they don't care though, they've got you by the jaffers anyway!

I have had dealings with Telia, for broadband and mobile, and I usually go to their store in the town. Chatting personally has proven quite advantageous, and the lads and lasses there have been very helpful, to the point that, what could have been quite an increase in cost with reduced performance, resulted in reduced cost and improved performance.
At a guess it boils down to whom you are in contact with, combined with a little show of 'lack of knowledge', whereby you bring out the best in the staff.
Anyway - I have no complaints. Speak as you find.
