Typical Swedish justice. The victim faces deportation and the criminal gets to stay at the expense of the Swedish taxpayers: https://www.thelocal.se/20190709/sweden-to-deport-ukrainian-survivor-of-2017-terror-attack

I bet to top that the terrorist will be let out in a few years and given a new ID and a new start at the expense of tax payers.

Strange how the feminists are not here fighting the woman's case, probably to busy sympathising with terrorist.

A truly sad situation...

Is there more to it that was not reported???

Are there laws that allow her to sue for liability rewards???

This is the classic https://www.thelocal.se/discuss/index.php?showtopic=88810. It has been going on for years, nothing has been done to established the rule of law in Sweden. Pathetic, but part of normal Sweden.

why would Sweden should take care for the rest of her life of holiday maker? what for travel insurance exist then?
no need to cater for terorists also, death punishment would be perfect solution.

1) She had no grounds for asylum. She is not persecuted in her native country. Poverty is not grounds for asylum.
2) She has no "world class competency" that is in demand in Sweden and thus can not get a work visa. But you keep on screaming about the "deportation rage" when all that is happening is that migrationsverket is following the law. Maybe the problem is that you don't know what "rule of law" really means. For you it seems to mean "I get what I want". If you care so much for her, you are free to offer her a job and allow her to stay on a work visa.

I get all of that, but why wasn't the terrorist deported immediately?
