Was job announced on Arbetsförmedlingen

A bit silly question

Hello,

If job was posted on arbetsförmedlingen on the 13th of February is it ok if it is published until the 22nd of February? Does 10 day publishing include the day it was published (like here for example, 13th of February) or it has to be published including the 23rd of February?

I'll pick a random number and say 90% of jobs are filled internally by one form or another. A friend or contact of existing employee, an employer creating a post to match the person they want to fill it etc.. the job will then be advertised internally or just locally to keep any union reps. happy.

To find work chase employers, network friends/family/anyone... but don't be surprised if they tell you that with an advertised post they already have someone in mind.

My question was referring to MIGRATIONSVERKET

They want the job to be published on arbetsformedligen 10 days.
Is those 10 days including the day it was published or 10 more days from the day it is published?
