Dear The Local,
Tim Pool, has recently uploaded a video from his time and observations from Sweden. And we think it is very good, We recommend you place it on the front page of your website.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0p7Oyvql9s

In it, he discusses some very important points about disinformation, political collaboration, semantics, and coercion etc. And there are numerous screenshots highlighting The Local as a reference to "part of the problem".

Now we know that nobody likes criticism.
But maybe, you can either ignore it, become self critical and examine it, or simply refute it?

PERSONALLY WE THINK ITS ONE OF THE MOST ACCURATE PORTRAYALS OF SWEDEN IN A LONG TIME.

And this one is also a beauty: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=82eGHYsP0FE

Tim interviews a recently resigned police officer, and most of the discussion focuses on how Swedes, in their bid to be the shining example of virtue, have repressed themselves to the point that honesty is taboo.

Very interesting also was the comment by the former police officer (who himself is an ethnic Afghan) who described the "soft" bigotry of Swedes, in their bid to restrict anyone from criticising Islam.

A very interesting interview, long overdue in Sweden (by decades).

Oh, and in the above video, at what point in time was TL referenced? Didn't quite catch that.

At 7:20 to 7:30, Tim talks about Fake news and how wrongly reported chain of events being distributed as fact (on purpose?). You will see that the screnshot used at this time is from The Local and comes from The Locals story itself :

Tim Pool's video about problems with Swedish media discusses this article by Ann Törnkvist at Swedish radio which claims he is a "threat to democracy".

The interesting connection is that Ann Törnkvist was previously a reporter at The Local. See one of her TL articles here, for example, and her work history on LinkedIn.

Good spotting, I forgot Ann has previous.
looking over the information we have, we see she removed many comments from stories she wrote on The Local.

The Local used to allow people people to comment on their stories, but this section was removed as too may people highlighted things that were damaging to the brand.

I would urge anyone, anywhere in the world that can see the articles, to report them to : http://www.radioochtv.se/sv/att-anmala/anmal-program/

As there is a clear conflict of interests going on at SR.
