Yes you can apply again however your application will be considered like the other application and will not go to the court until first a decision is made and then appealed. Appeals very rarely are successful.

Of course I can not say for sure what a doctor will or will not perscribe in your specific case however your best option would be to confer with your present doctor and try to get a few monhs perscription. Best of luck.

You will find that in most likelyhood you will not get a perscription for zanax. Doctors here simply do not give it out like in the US.

Yes you can run a business However you cannot live in Sweden without a residence permit. The OP's visa becomes invalid. They will not let you stay for 18 months waiting approval. Anyone with a UT can legally collect social benefits so in theory the OP could fill out a one page form then collect 10000sek per month waiting for a decision in your proposed case for 18 months. I went through this process and got my PUT under these rules. I had to leave an ongoing business until receiving UT.

Sorry but above is NOT true in application for self employed visa. I have vast experience in this. You cannot wait within Sweden.

To register a company is quick and simple. However to obtain a residence permit based upon self employment is not. You must submit a business plan, bank references, demonstrate you have past experience in running a similar business. You must have sufficient funds to run the company and money in the bank, minimum 150000sek for 2 years living expenses. They will not just change your visa. You must apply for a new one and wait outside Sweden for over one year, or 14 months for a decision. www.migrationsverket.se

Best to contact Migrationsverket. If you intend to live in Sweden as self employed the visa decision time is over one year during which time you cannot be in Sweden. I am confused as to your exact plan so perhaps more information on your current status would be helpful

95% of undergraduate courses are taught in Swedish. Are you from the EU? If not remember tuition can be over 15000 Euro and you must have 73000SEK in your bank account per year of study to cover living expenses because it is highly unlikely you will find a job.

You pay taxes in you county of residence. If you live in Sweden 183 days per year you must pay taxes in Sweden.

QUOTE (Gamla Hälsingebock @ 20.Jul.2013, 06:05 PM) *
You are here asking for information/help in finding a Swedish woman...and you won't help yourself by giving us...those who sincerely wish to help you...a little bit of information.

There are many Swedish women who love and admire Muslim men...and most of them don't care for Godless infidels...so are you???

Stay away Gamla Halsingbock he's mine even if he is a Godless infidel. Wish he would post beach photos wearing a speedo however.

Disregarding all the Norway saga your question I guess is how to move to Sweden? If from outside the EU you need a job offer which pays more than 13000SEK per month. If you cannot speak Swedish AND have in demand job skills you will not find a job here. Get a Norwegian immigration lawyer and sort out your problem there as you will have more trouble here.

The ban applies in all cases of overstay. Certainly it will be considered in this case.

There is no maintenance, money requirements to cohabit with a Swedish citizen. Legally he can be without any money, job, house or any prospects of getting one. Marriage also makes absolutely no difference in your ability to move here and live together. There is NO job or money needed for marriage.

If you are unfortunately involved in an accident you will be treated as an unlicensed driver and insurance will not cover damages so you risk imprisonment and civil monetary damages in entirely should you totally someone's car or God forbid kill someone.

You need some company to offer you a job paying 13000sek or more per month then you apply to migrationsverket for residence permit. Then you can make films or climb a tree and learn to play the flute.

As a refugee there is no maintenance requirements so being on social is fine HOWEVER, if he stayed 2 years here illegally he has most likely a 5 year Schengen ban so cannot get the sambo visa until the 5 years has passed.

Seriously, bring enough money to live on for the year you're planning to live here as your employment prospects are somewhere between little to none. Unless your girlfriend can provide a job for you don't stand much chance. There are no unskilled jobs. Government subsidized unemployment schemes pay up to 85% of Swedish residents wages. This make you 6 times more expensive to hire than an English, Swedish native speaker. Youth unemployment is over 25% and twice that for immigrants. Most jobs are not advertised but rather go to inside contacts. Without speaking Swedish and having needed skills and a business network you haven't much of a chance. Dishwasher, cleaning jobs, stocking shelves etc. are jobs that pay very well due to unions so are desirable thus in demand and out of reach..
