What are the numbers in the package names?

Hej. We are in a second-hand Bostaden apartment in Umeå, and the previous tenant's broadband subscription has expired.

By plugging into the router, the Bostaden page offers us a range of packages from different providers. These are marketed with two numbers...

eg 10/10 for 189kr, 100/100 for 237kr, 300/100 for 297kr, 1000/100 for 1.168kr etc.

What are these numbers? Is one a download limit and the other a speed, mb/s?

Thanks!

It's download speed/upload speed. In my experiece there is usually no monthly limit but there could be, depending on the deal.
