A brief picture of how bad the rental market is

Even small cities of 100k have shortage of rental

You are a daft energy vampire. No one simply has the energy required to splain anything to you in enough detail for you to finally get the point through your thick cranium.

For you to claim I am attempting to indicate people live on the streets there, is case in point (i.e. you are not capable of joining the dots, even after this has been done for you).

I am simply in awe of your comprehension levels. I must assume you have trouble chewing gum and walking at the same time.

So you target the person because your own argument is massively flawed. How mature.

but everyone is still housed.

But they do not have the full rights to live there... they have a second hand contract a sublease... for up to a year, maybe... until the other person, who has the right to stay there indefinitely, comes back.

In what way is that a proper living situation? And this is happening to folks who are employed and contribute to society.

If you were apathetic to this situation then you would not need to comment. But naw, you’re just an ignorant asshole.

I can criticize America, the politicians, the people
who voted for them, and still like and live in America.

Or you could follow your own advice and leave America.

You understand?

Dipshit.

Rental contracts are a different argument. That's not the same as a shortage.

And you avoid the pertinent points and continue to deflect by flinging weasel-words around. It is all one can do I suppose, when you are on the back-foot, against the ropes.

Like I said, thick is as thick does.

I didn't think identifying you as thick was insulting; you seem quite proud of the fact.

I was merely dressing your massive ego.

And there is no argument to make. Facts is facts.

You should get yours straight.

You dumbass. There is a shortage of first hand contracts hence a shortage of stable living conditions, hence there is a need for 1st hand contracts, hence there is a need for housing.

Facts 'are' facts.

Gjeebes. Don't play the child and insult. Make the argument. Prove the shortage of housing, the homeless etc.

As said contracts are a different debate. Folk still have a roof over their head.

I can't be done with this childish school play ground insulting. I'd hope you are adult enough to converse face to face without insults. Folk might listen to your reasoning more if you didn't insult online. I'm done with this thread.

"Prove the shortage of housing"

Already been there, done that. Doesn't matter to me if you accept it or not. I suspect your "thickness" is partially just an act to irritate...since I just can't believe anyone, having been presented the facts numerous times, could still try to defy through displays of pure stupidity, time after time.

Why you like to act the fool? Don't know. Don't know what it gets you. Also Idiot-stick Gamla seems to thrive on negative attention. Maybe you are also so depraved as to require such. Again, don't know...but ultimately, I don't care either.

And you are the only one discussing "homeless" people. I have certainly never indicated such.

Perhaps you like to take your exaggerations, your conflations, to your own thread?

People can get 1st hand contracts without a long waiting time they just need to look at the right companies or websites. Furthermore maybe they might have to live in an area that isn't the best area but that's life!

We can't always get what we want.

Tell you what, tell me where you want to live and if I can find you a 1st hand contract apartment within 10km by the end of the month you can pay me a big finder's fee?

Oh, so all the facts, news reports and anecdotal evidence is just a misunderstanding? The decade, or more, struggle for proper housing isn’t true... because you say so?

This is a logical fallacy... that because you think or had it easy you think it’s the same for everyone.

There are multiple reasons not to play your game. For one, I’m not looking to rent, two... waiting a month to find proper housing is ridiculous even, three... 10km haha if I wanted to live in a non suburban area of Gothenburg or even stay in Gothenburg... 10km is a stretch. 4, you can find listings but who is to say they are actually available or not taking part of the queue system?

But sure... Majorna, GBG... there is nothing but housing everywhere... so you should be able to find something in my desired neighborhood... since you say it’s so easy

Lololol

That is the crazy thing... Swedish cities are so bland and nothing but housing. Wtf??
