Folkbokföringslagen. https://www.riksdagen.se/sv/dokument-lagar/...81_sfs-1991-481 No. This says they are supposed to be registered. But where does it say LANDLORD MUST permit resident to register them under the address? Nothing in the law has ever stated that. This is why there is a loophole there is zero obligation. |

The good thing is that Swedish Law is mostly administrative and gives no much room for advocating. The fact that all residents are required to register the address of where they reside automatically means that once you agree to rent me a room, it means that you have allowed me to stay and use your address. |
