I'm a Software Engineer & as I remember I applied with service sector. My employer is not a big company , it's start up . Is there any way I can get help from some ... (show full quote)

Not after you have already applied. Had your company used a relocation company (certified company) then there is a chance things could move faster.

Hi, guys. I'm applying for an au pair visa, and I haven't seen many statistics about them on here, so I thought I'd add mine. I'm from the US, applied for a new au pair visa on May 10, 2016. As you can probably assume, I haven't received any decision yet... But I know au pair permits are typically processed faster (estimate online says 2-3 months, guy on the phone said 3-5), so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Great! Congrats @Anget!!

I recently received response from support that they are working currently on December cases. So your decision matches with that timeline too.

Hi All,

I am currently employed with non Swedish employer and have a visa valid until 5 Oct, 2016. Now, I am getting an offer from a Swedish employer and they will apply for the new visa. What all documents I need and how long will it take to get a new visa ?

Is there any fast track process available ?

Thanks

@Joanna, Thats good progress. smile.gif
How did you know that Case officer is assigned? Was it online tracking or from customer support?
I have applied on 14 Jan and haven't received more update yet.
Thanks.
