Unless you are paying for heating (and in most apartments you won't be), the electricity bill in a flat isn't going to be so significant that you'll make a vast saving. Worth checking though.

It might not be much - but you will be surprised that how much prices can be different.
I moved from Fortum at 1.2kr/kWh to Vattenfall at 0.74kr/kWh. Not much, given our consumption, but still a nice saving indeed. The change is free and it takes like 15 minutes, why not?
