Hi, just a quick question, the ball is rolling property wise for the move to Norrland. Do I need to change my car, do I really need a 4x4? I am keeping my Kawasaki...no worries about that. But is it worth changing my car for something else? Whats everyone else driving? Any good car dealers?

Just a normal car with a good set of studded tires.

I have a few properties to look at, Kiruna and Lulea. It's a big leap of faith, but it's got to be better than the grey days in the UK.

No, you won't need a 4wd for driving around the roads up here. Actually more of a hassle around town during winter because it's harder to buy studded tyres for them. There's some good dealers in the Luleå/Boden region. Be prepared to shell out a little more money in Kiruna, as the locals have a bit more disposable income.
