Hi everyone,

It has been more than a month since I visited the tax office and register for personal number and I haven't receive the letter yet. May I ask how to follow it up in tax office ?

I went to the office once but they basically just told me to wait .. quite frustrating.

- Skatteverket does not have a system such as First in First out. They assign cases to officers randomly which means your case may await an officer for long time while a much more late applicant can receive his/her PN in a week.
- Their SLA time is 10 weeks. You can't do anything, can't get any answer or support until 10 weeks expires.
- Call center's duty is to block the callers like a firewall. They will let you talk to an officer if only SLA time has already expired.
- First thing is to do is to ask whether you are assigned an case officer or not.
- If not, you have to wait until SLA time expires.
