Good day everyone,
I am switching jobs and have only been at my current job for around 9 months. I took out about 3 weeks of förskottssemester but am now switching jobs before the first year ends. I am now interested in knowing how much the company owes me and how much I owe them. I couldn't find anything on this, but obviously I need to pay back whatever holidays I took out. However, shouldn't I have earned 2,5 days of holiday (as I have 30 days of holidays / year) per month for the following year which the company owes me? I hope I explained myself clearly. Thanks a lot for your help! |
