I have seen many different coloured car plates in Sweden, but could have sworn I saw a red one this evening?

Are there such ones? And what are they ? National Security / police ?

Belgian plates are somewhat similar to Swedish ones, but with red text.

Red background & white text are Temporary plates for import & export, the small numbers at the left/right side are the expiration date, day & month on the left, year on the right.

Yello text on black background are military.

Black text on yellow background are Taxi

Black text on blue background are Diplomatic (and the first 2 letters are the code for which country/embassy ...according to some swedish code, not standard country codes)

Black text on green background are special for car dealers.
