Dear The Local,

Please see if there is any way you can mend the Edit mark, meaning the mention that a post has been edited. You see, we're picky anal-retentive people and often it makes a world of a difference if a post has been Edited and it doesn't show so. biggrin.gif

Thank you in advance,
Me

isn't the whole point to let the reader know that the post has been edited?

I've noticed that if the post is edited before another post is added, it doesn't show. On my own, I have a tendancy to post, then I realize I made a typo, forgot a comma, or something, and edit it right away and it hardly ever shows. Also, you can delete a post as long as no post is added after it. Once there is another post, the option disappears.

If you want to make sure something isn't edited out of existence, you could quote/post fast and then go in and edit your own to add the comment you were going to make, I suppose.
