Thanks for the link!
On the website Folkuniversitetet the closest place i could find is Ume?, which i believe is around 250 Km from Lule?. Komvux keyword lead me to the website http://www.lulea.se. There is no info regarding English classes there, so i sent them an email. |

You may have to do a course by "dstans" :-(
Unless there are englsih native speakers there who might be able to help you out with the language. |
