Hi everybody,
Iam doing a thesis in a company now. It will be finished in couple of months.

1. I want to know how can i get a job in the same company?

2. Will the employers generally hire students for employment after their thesis in the company?

3. Do i ask them and tell them that iam interested in working or wait for them to hire me?

I want to ask you to give me some suggestions regarding this.

Thank you.

By thesis, do you mean a praktik or internship?

If you by thesis mean exjobb or master's thesis then it is very common to start working for the company, at least for engineers. Ask your supervisor if there are any vacant positions.

You won't know unless you ask. What do you have to lose?

Exactly! It is better to show asap that you are interested in working for the company. There might not be a job right away, but if you show your intentions they might take you into consideration for the next job opening.

I think that you should make it clear that you are interested and start to ask your supervisor what jobs might be coming up. Use your contacts to network - as the company may not realise that you are interested in staying on if you don't make this clear

Everybody are right. I did that. I was doing my ex-jobb in a company in Stockholm, first I asked my supervisor and my supervisor boss if they are willing to write me a recommendation letter and then if there is any open position in the company. They offered me to stayed with one condition that I need to learn swedish. smile.gif

So just try to ask, you might be able to stay. Good Luck!!
