Belfast and South African are the worst accents in the world

I would have agreed with you had I not recently been schooled on the South African accent.

The accent I think you are referring to (and that I would have said) is South Africans who speak English with an Afrikaans accent. The normal English SA accent is quite nice.

It's like saying Irish is awful when you mean Belfast, which I also agree with you on.

I had a boss at Dell 12 years ago who kept calling Londonderry as Derry. That's up to him so I kept calling it Londonderry because that is what I know it to be. He was majorly fucked off but couldn't do anything. He got even more annoyed when I educated the Swedes.

A lot of the time people understand things when you use analogies. The press give the Brits a hard time over NI but when you explain to a Swede that Catholics are like the Sami they not only understand easier but they change their view.

It seems the attitude of migrants everywhere is, this is a great country that I chose to live in, I'm sure they will bend to my every desire and maintain the cultural standards that I left behind, but want to practice in my new country!!!

It's ironic because the Somalian community in Stockholm were the first to get COVID due to communication only being in Swedish.

So you admit that there are parallel societies living within the borders of Meatballia? I thought they all assimilated and held hands with the natives singing kumbaya.

So then, Sweden's immigration policy IS a failure? Wow! I never could have guessed!

Show me one country where the immigration policy is 100% successful. All immigrants live in parallel society to some extent.
