Work Permit - Restrictions to a job

Hi everybody.

I am in the first work permit of 24 months for an engineering company and in my free time I perform theater. Recenhtley I have been offered a small role in a series.
I will keep workig as usualy for my main job, but I will get some times payments of my acting roles.

I am worried that I wouldn't be able to work on the side as an actor, since I am "binded" to my main job by my WP. Any experience in having a WP and having a part-time job? Is it even possible?

A work permit is restricted to one employer and one occupation the first 24 months. If your recive payment for doing work for somebody else you are in breach of the Alien's act and your employer can be sentenced to a fine or prison.
