Pork loin, potatisgrating and cabbage last night.
Tonight will be stew and birthday cake. Which I somehow have to make without gluten. And without easily bought gluten free flour.

For New Year we have had a fusion meal, a filo samosa and a goats cheese filo parcel for a starter followed by slow roast beef, roast spuds and James Martins mothers Yorkshire puds. After a pause to digest we shall have mince pies with custard and biscuits, all home made and then we shall go outside at midnight to join the neighbours for some new year fireworks and a glass of champaign. I will also have a BIG glass of a 15 year old Dalwinney single malt.

Happy New year to you all tongue.gif

Probably sauteed shadroe, or possibly soft-shelled crabs.
