USD and EUR accounts

Hi,

I am living here in Sweden on a permanent residence permit (PUT). If I want to save a portion of my money in the form of USD and EURO, can I open bank account(s) in USD and EURO denominations? Which banks support / allow this? Do they provide any interest on those accounts?
