It’s a good thing she was fined and arrested. She broke a law, refused to listen to the warnings and broke the law again.
If this was my neighbor I would be glad and hope she learned her lesson. 22+ stray cats is not sanitary nor safe. Feral cats can be vicious and incredibly territorial. Not a safe environment for her, any children nearby, or anyone for that matter. It makes perfect sense for her to get in trouble and they probably Won’t send her to jail. Send her to an old folks home if she is so lonely. |
