hi most of the Brits around here are living in or around a small town, do not know of anybody in the wilderness. Did see a program on local tv a couple of years ago about an English woman in her 60,s living in the middle of nowhere on her own without electric. Just her and her animals in a mountain area with deep snow wintertime. Not sure if it was on the Swedish or Norwegian side of the border. You could contact NRK -Norwegian TV or Maria Lindholm ( a journalist on our regional newspaper - ?stersunds Posten- she's together with a Brit Maria.lindholm@op.se . Hope you find something. If your new program is as interesting as Grand Designs it will be a good en.

Has anyone been to Bilbolagets korvdeli? They have British style sausages from Taylor&Jones I've heard.

Ahh, I'm not quite in the middle of nowhere
And it was water for the animals I have to pull through the snow. But, for 100 sheep that is a fair amount of work.
